Getting To Know The Wonderful People At Regents Garden

In the world of aged care, people are at the heart of success. This is because a residential community is only as great as the people who work there. If a resident feels genuine care, compassion and interest from employees, they’re more likely to feel happy, healthy and at home.

So when you’re weighing up the aged care options for your aging parent, it’s understandable to be concerned about the quality of care available and to be interested in the people behind the brand. After all, once your parent moves in, these are the people  they’ll be seeing on a daily basis, and who they’ll get to know extremely well over the years.

To shine a light on some of our wonderful people here at Regents Garden Aged Care, we sat down with three employees and asked them a few questions.

What family members are saying

We’re not the only ones who appreciate the hard work and compassion that our staff bring to Regents Garden every day. Here’s what a family member, whose mother resides at our Joondalup facility, had to say about their experiences:

I am writing to say a huge Thank you to you  Paige (sorry I am not  sure if

the spelling is correct) and Kaye  along with all of the staff in Chelsea

Wing and Regents Gardens as a whole. This is something I have been meaning

to do for some time to acknowledge you all. Sometimes in the business of

life we forget to acknowledge the people and say thanks.

Mum tells me that Paige and the staff have been marvellous, and I have observed this myself. They pop in to say Hi quite often and I know she appreciates the company.

I am very appreciative of the fact that your team has listened and assisted to make Mum’s life happier and as comfortable as possible. The care being given to Mum and other residents is very much appreciated.

It is very nice to visit Regents Gardens; everyone is so friendly and helpful, especially now with the strain you are all under with the coronavirus.

You are seriously appreciated. Especially as I cannot provide Mum with the

care that she needs. It sets my mind at rest to know how safe, secure and well

looked after she is.
